Jay’s story:

Mr. Jay Maina had called from Sweden requesting to know if two pairs of shoes could be delivered to his parents in Kiserian in the outskirts of Nairobi during Easter.

He had made payment online and requested if the shoes could be picked from a Bata store by his Father Mr. John Maina on 30th March.

This was successfully organized by the Bata Home sales team together with with the Bata Maasai Mall staff and indeed Mr. John Maina picked the shoes on the said date from Bata Maasai Mall. Mr. Jay Maina was very pleased  :
